Payment Terms for Orders

Payments can now be made by Apple Pay, Most Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (BT see below for full details)

Delivery

When checking out you can choose your delivery date. We endeavour to deliver your order on or as near to the Delivery date you have requested, please leave a note on the order when checking out if your order is needed urgently or is time sensitive. 

Cornz & Under 2kg 
Sent Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd class, signed for delivery, once sent your parcel can take 1-2 business days to be delivered. Cornz are sent as soon as possible, the delivery date you select is an estimated delivery,  in the most part they will arrive before but may arrive slightly later in busy periods. 

Bait & Boilie Over 2kg 
Products ordered between Monday and Sunday each week will be delivered the following week, normally on a Thursday unless specified.

If you have an urgent order please contact us to see what we can do to speed up delivery.  

When ordering, at check out you can choose a week you would like your order delivered. 

In very busy periods it may take Tails Up up to 10 working days to deliver your order. 

The reason your order may take up to 10 working days to deliver is that we roll all Fresh Frozen and Hybrids Boilies to order. This ensures maximum freshness of our products for you to use at their very best. 

Most orders placed on a weekend will be sent the following week for Thursday delivery. 

When we send your parcel if its over 2kg in weight you will receive an email from DPD confirming dispatch and then an estimated hour delivery slot on the morning of your delivery. For further details please read below Delivery Info T & Cs.

 Collections - Click & Collect

Orders made between Monday and Sunday each week will be available for Collection the following week, normally on a Wednesday between 3.30pm-5.30pm.

If you have an urgent order please contact us to see what we can do to speed up your order and have it ready for collection.

 Bank Transfer

If you selected to pay by Bank Transfer your order is not complete until your payment has been made. When we have received the funds, your order will then be processed and scheduled for delivery.

Once you have placed your order an email will be sent with your unique #ordernumber together with our bank details.

When making payment on your banking app or desktop login, please use your # order number as reference for your order.

Please note if you pay by bank transfer and enter the incorrect bank account details for a payment we do not take responsibility for processing your order. 

If we do not receive payment for your order, we will contact you for you to make payment,  if you then choose not to make payment your order will be cancelled. 

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Parcels are sent on Next Day delivery, either on Standard 8am - 6pm.

All frozen bait orders are sent by DPD, if you provide email and mobile contact number you will receive a text and email confirmation for your order and an estimated hour delivery slot will be sent to you. 

All orders are to be signed for by the purchaser or a representative of the purchaser.

If this is not possible then it is important that you reply to the text message that DPD would have sent on the morning of delivery with the instructions where to leave the delivery etc. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the goods and any damage or loss after delivery in that instance.

If you have not received your parcel on a standard delivery in the hour slot you have been given, please contact Tails Up straight away so we can get it tracked and make sure its on its way to you.

If you do not contact us by 5pm we may not be able to track the parcel until the following day.

Any lost or damaged parcels must be reported to Tails Up within 24 hours of the parcels delivery due date. If you do not report this it may result in no replacement or refund of the goods. Please take photographs of damaged goods and contact Tails Up.

Collection Terms and Conditions

Order online and book a collection slot. Collections can now be made on Wednesday between 3.3pm - 5.30pm please contact us if you wish to pop in having not ordered.

Orders can also be collected at other times as long as its has been prearranged for a certain day / time and confirmed by us.

Payment for Collections

All products must be either pre paid or paid for on the day before being taken.

Payment can be made by Cash or Card on collection.

Drop Offs

Drop off can also be made in the Essex and East Anglian region for bulk orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please DO NOT ORDER ONLINE if you live in Northern Ireland as UK mainland postage only is added to orders. Pleas call us to discuss your order.

Due to the increased cost and complexities of exporting since Brexit, we are unable to ship to countries within the EU.
