May Madness

Well what a mental few weeks! I’ll start by apologising for the lack of news, it’s not that there hasn’t been anything going on, in fact the opposite is true.

Firstly I’d just like to thank all the lads that turned up at the weekend for the Horton BBQ to make it such a great day, and to Del and Ollie for all their help. I’d also like to thank all the Tails Up boy’s who came by, helped and showed their support , “you know who you are” (butch of blaggers), “needless to say we left there considerably lighter than when we arrived”!

And so on to the fish. Could we ask for more? Six English 40lb plus Carp, including Frimleys elusive Charlies Mate, at an all time high, to that man Dave Mag (so the new bait on test is going well then?) As well as two 40’s from two venues in under a week for “the big man” Matt James on the OCM. All of this in the last few weeks, and that’s not to mention the count less 30’s that have been gracing the banks across the country. 

Across the pond, Tails Up bait has been dominating waters to, taking fish to the 60lb mark, along with everything else along the way. These are just the fish we get to hear about, so if you’re out there doing the business on the bait, then make sure you get it in to our Carp Talk competition, or E-mail it in to us at Info@tailsupbait.co.uk and we’ll do the rest.

Some how, in between rolling the tonnes of bait, that are currently flying out of the door, we’ve managed to take five minutes out, and develop a couple of exciting new products. Which with any luck, we’ll be able to make available on the website in the coming weeks, so keep an eye out.
